ORIGIN: it grows in Europe, Western and Southern parts of Asia.
PROPERTIES: the wood is resistant to strikes and is characterized by elasticity. It is well cut, processed, glued, toned and polished. Using chemical processing one may succeed in reaching machogani colour. The cherry tree drying doesn’t last long.
USE: the cherry tree wood is in great demand due to its warm nice shade. It is widely used in producing veneer for wall panels, furniture and doors, yachts and ships interior design, as well as for making souvenirs.
