ORIGIN: it grows in North America

PROPERTIES: black walnut has a smooth texture, comparatively low toughness, moderate hardness, medium density. It can be easily bent and  processed both mechanically and by hands. The colour of walnut veneer is dark brown with attractive decorative pattern.

USE: walnut is widely used in building and furniture production. Pillars, wardrobes, floor coverings, wall panels, butts, musical instruments and decorative stuff are made of it.
